Feeling Stressed Out - here's a wonderful quick
way to de-stress when you only have a couple of minutes.
Go to a quiet place, think of a time when you were on
holiday and felt very good. Recreate that time as closely as you can.
I always remember my holiday on a deserted beach in the Bahamas
so I will use that as my example.
I see myself on the beach. I feel the sun warming up my body.
I feel the sand under my toes.
I can hear the warm breeze blowing through the palm trees and
the seagulls crying overhead.
I hear the sound of the waves lapping on the shore.
I spend a few minutes enjoying the feeling that
I had
when I was on the beach.
I even see myself swimming
in the warm, azure blue waters.
Just a few minutes doing this technique will totally
relax you and de-stress you wherever you are!!
